First step: Pause yourself. Put down your energies by sitting comfortably with soft music. This is the one I used. Let your thoughts soar and connect to the inner void, make room for listening to music and relaxing your body.

When it's done, you can let yourself be carried away by the meditation of the day to start the week off right.
